Reservation Deposit

A check in the amount of 50% of the rent is required to hold a reservation. A check for the balance of rent and taxes is due 30 days before your stay.

Cancellation Policy

With at least 30 days' notice: We will refund all of your deposit, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

With less than 30 days' notice: You will forfeit all monies, unless the condo can be rented to another party. In that case, we will refund the amount we are able to recover, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

If you decide to reduce the number of days you are renting, and give us notice less than 30 days before your stay, your payment for the extra days will not be refunded unless the condo can be rented to another party.

Cleaning Fees:

Included in rate charges.

Normal check in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m.

Prior to your visit, we will give you the code for the key box on the front door. Please use the key only for unlocking the door. Keeping the key in the box will prevent the possibility of losing the key.

No smoking or pets, please. And due to the often-messy conditions outside, please remove your shoes just inside the door. This keeps the carpets cleaner and enhances the enjoyment of all our guests' visits. Bring your slippers!
